Globe Drill, a subsidiary of Coretrack Limited (ASX: CKK), provides drilling services to the global energy sector.
Globe Drill is breaking new ground by designing and manufacturing its own GT3000, a deep-hole rig, specialising in drilling at depths of up to 3,000m with incredible efficiency and speed. Specifically, the GT3000 is designed to drill at double the speed and with a third of the required equipment compared to conventional oil and gas drill rigs drill rigs of this capacity.
Along with the KAL500 eco-drill, the GT3000 is designed and made in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Globe Drill have built a solid reputation building tough rigs to sustain high temperatures and outback conditions whilst delivering outstanding availability for their customers, making these rigs more than suitable for most global climates and environments.
The GT3000 rig is currently being manufactured. Once the rig is commercially ready, Globe Drill will offer its highly specialised exploration drilling expertise to service the global energy sector.
